I’m on the verge of buying a Z50, but my test RAW files also won’t load on my Mac (2011) that runs High Sierra, or my IPad Pro which has latest IOS. Video files import fine, sync, and are playable.
Opening them shows a blank white screen where the image would go, and editing doesn't work. I can import the RAW files but they don't appear in the 'All Photos' view (only in imports), and they are all grey or white square thumbnails. Not sure what's taking them so long to support the Z50.
IIRC, the Z6 and Z7 took a month or so but were pretty quick. I shoot RAW-only, and while I can use FastRawViewer and Photoshop/Lightroom latest updated version to view them, I like to organize my (almost exclusively RAW) library in Photos (since it syncs to my iPad and iPhone).
